Spring, summer and early fall are sunny in Northern Greece. Daytime temperatures average 70-80 F although temperatures can go in the 90’s especially in July and August. Rain showers are rare. The summer months typically experience a prevailing northern wind called “meltemi” that can be quite strong. Good sun protection is always very important.
